We would like to invite everyone to 9:30 AM Mass on Sunday, March 10 at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15825 Bexar St., La Coste, TX as we will recognize and present the national Catholic award for adults, the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Award to Bryan Biediger for his service to Catholic Girl Scout youth ministry.
We are grateful to be able to gather together at the beautiful HEB Foundation Camp for our 4th annual retreat. We will be earning the new Eucharistic Revival Award that was designed by one of our Girl members of the Catholic Committee as her Gold Award Project.
All Scouting organizations are invited to attend Mass presided by our archbishop at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Selma at the 5:30 PM Vigil Mass. Please come in your uniform. A light reception will follow. Please use the QR code in the flyer to RSVP for reception planning. Thank you.

Join us at the beautiful St. John Bosco Catholic School campus to learn about the co-foundress of the Salesian Sisters: St. Mary Mazzarello and how she like Juliette Gordon Low believed in the value of each girl.

Come, learn and experience the gifts and the fruit of the Holy Spirit at this retreat! Due to the mature content of this program only girls in 6th grade and older may attend.Space is extremely limited at the site. Cost is $50 per person which covers all meals, patch and program supplies. Deadline to register is Dec.9.. Spaces will be first come determined by date of registration with a deposit of $10 to secure it (payable at Epiphany party Jan. 3) Balance due at camp.
Come and earn your Rosary Making Patch….cost of the workshop is $8 each to cover award, supplies and snacks. Pick your time to come and go…but plan on at least 90 minutes to make 2 rosaries, depending on the age of your Girl Scout.
We will meet in the Marian Mission Hall on the grounds of the Oblate School of Theology (near the Oblate cemetery).
A 3 class series begins Oct. 13, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Come and learn the prayers that every Catholic Girl Scout should know…just like the grandparents of Jesus would have done after they taught their own daughter Mary. An adult MUST be present during the workshop to assist each Girl Scout. Cost of the workshop is $12 for each girl that covers the medal, snack and program supplies. Adults are free. We will meet in the Marian Mission Hall located on the campus of Oblate School of Theology (located near the Oblate cemetery in the back)
COME SPEND TIME WITH OUR LADY OF FATIMA AND EARN THIS GIRL SCOUT NATIONAL AWARD.
With so much pain and suffering in the world now, come and learn about Our Lady’s messages when she appeared to 3 shepherd children in Portugal. There is no better time to learn the rosary and to pray for peace. Girl Scouts from age 5 through 3rd grade must be accompanied by an adult. Girl Scout Juniors and older can attend without an adult present. LOCATION OF WORKSHOP: ST. BONAVENTURE CHURCH, 1918 Palo Alto Rd., San Antonio TX 78211.
REGISTRATION FEES (includes patch and all program materials)
SCOUTS: $10 ($1 MORE IF PAID WITH PLASTIC).
ADULT PARTICIPANTS: FREE UNLESS EARNING THE AWARD—THEN $5.
MUST PRE-REGISTER BY EMAIL AND PAY AT THE SITE.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPT. 21.
We provide this award workshop only in the ODD-numbered years with the awards being presented in March of the following year. Please be sure to note that certain grade levels REQUIRE an adult to be present at EACH WORKSHOP.
FIRST CLASS MEETS SEPT. 15. ALL CLASSES held at St. Helena Church from 1 to 4 PM. Cost per girl is $40 each. Adults are free. Adults will be required to complete Virtus training and a background check.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE COMPLETED TO EARN THE AWARD: Sept. 15, Oct. 13, Nov. 10 and jan. 12, 2020.
Girls in grades kinder, 1, 2, 3, 4 must have adult in class to help with the program assignments.

Annual Catholic Twilight Camp - at St. Vincent de Paul Church
Come and learn about the co-foundress of the Salesian Sisters and how St. Mary Mazzarello shared the same love for young women and wanted them to succeed in life.
We will celebrate our annual Girl Scout Sunday Mass this year at Mission Concepcion at the noon Mass. Please come early for reserved seating and plan to stay afterwards for photo. Father David Garcia will be the presider. Please come in uniform.
The workshop will be at Holy Trinity Catholic Church located in Stone Oak at 20523 Huebner Rd., San Antonio, TX 78258.
Cost is $15 per person which includes the medal, snack and all program supplies.
Adults are welcome to earn the medal too!
Any Girl Scout Brownie or Daisy must be accompanied by an adult. Adult is at no cost unless the medal is earned. Medals can be bought at the workshop for adults at $7 each.
